Vice Chairwoman of the Board

Mine Erdemoğlu is an executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in education, entrepreneurship, senior management, arts, culture, and social development.

She began her career in the education sector, working as a German language teacher and school administrator before specializing in professional coaching, NLP, personal development, and corporate consultancy. In 2014, she founded ME-Nova Development, Training and Consultancy Inc., bringing her work in education and development under an entrepreneurial framework.

Since 2015, she has held several senior leadership positions within Maher Holding, including Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Maher Holding, Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Quick Sigorta, General Manager of Maher Investition GmbH, and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Quick Art Space. In these roles, she has led the Group’s initiatives across management, arts, culture, education, and social responsibility.

Alongside her executive responsibilities in the business world, she serves as a Board Member of ATİAD and is a member of KAGİDER and the International Women’s Forum (IWF), actively contributing to initiatives in business, women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and international cooperation.

Combining her expertise in education and development with a strong vision for arts, culture, and social responsibility, Mine Erdemoğlu places particular emphasis on projects that support the development of children, young people, women, parents, and educators, as well as initiatives that bring arts and culture closer to society and everyday life.
