Vice Chairwoman of the Board

She was born in 1965 in Ankara. She graduated from primary, secondary and Höhere Handelsschule high school in Siegen Germany between 1971 and 1984. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Letters, German Language and Literature, and Faculty of Education, Teaching Department in 1988.

She worked as a Teacher of German at Gaziantep College Foundation between 1996 and 2006 and later at Private Sanko High School. Following a period of 10 years of teaching, she worked as an administrator at Private Sanko High School for 5 years. During the same period, She assumed the duties in GAGİAD(Gaziantep Young Businessmen Association  ) Women's Board and TÜKD's Board of Directors as  President, Secretary General and EU Project coordinator.

She received Professional Coach, NLP Specialist and Personal Development Consultant and Trainer training at the Livcon Development Center in 2012,, and she has provided training and consultancy in the fields of individual and corporate development since 2013. She also took part voluntarily in the projects of TÜKD(Turkish University-Graduated Women Association ), GAGİAD, TEGV (Education Volunteers Foundation of Turkey) and KPD(Coaching Platform Association) associations as a personal development trainer, guidance and coach for young people and adults.

She has continued her studies in ME-Nova Gelişim Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş, which she is the founder of, by focusing on pre-school education since 2014. ME-Nova Gelişim prepares and publishes preschool education publications and materials, as well as providing training, seminars, workshops, individual and institutional consultancy services for parents, teachers and students in this field. Since April 2019, pre-school studies have been carried out practically in Şerifali Yaşam Paylaşım Kindergarten, which was established within body of ME-Nova Gelişim.

Currently, she assumes duties such as  a Maher Holding's Board Member, Quick Insurance's Vice Chairman and ME-Nova  Gelişim Eğitim ve Danışmanlık's Board Chairman.
